Capping Machine

This is a high-speed, continuous motion device. It can precisely place a lid with an integrated spoon on a powder milk can. It uses advanced visual cameras to capture the image of the can as it enters the machine, to calculate the relative position of the lid and the can. Then, servo motors rotate and adjust the orientation of the can to ensure consistency in the placement of the lid in each cycle. This type of lid integrated with a scoop avoids the direct insertion of the spoon into the product during use, which could cause secondary containmination.
